To Insert a Non-Tangent Arc

Select the Insert Non-Tangent tool.
A line beginning with CHORD CURV appears in the Command list box between the To_POB and From_POB indicators and below the active (highlighted) line. The default value from the last non-tangent command appears on the command line and in the Length field.
When the Insert Non-Tangent tool is selected the following fields appear at the bottom of the menu.

Click on the direction of the curve, Left or Right arrow.
CC (left) or CL (right) appear in the command line.

Select each field necessary to describe the curve, enter the appropriate value, and press Enter.
Both radius and chord length are transformed to feet.
